have streamed a few more times, still getting used to it. talking is very much NOT my strong suit, but hoping to get better. i've also added my twitch and ko-fi links to this site, and some other minor polishing.
also confirmed have an apt so we'll be moving within the next month or so! happy to have a place but stressed to leave. and also throwing stuff out, since the new place is smaller.
streamed for the first time yesterday and it went ok! one person came by and we talked and nothing bad happened! i was able to carry a conversation lol. kind of excited to stream again, even if it's just me. maybe i can use it to make sure i draw more often.
i hate my job, but the nice thing about it sucking is it's given me motivation to do art stuff
and focus on growing as an artist.
which would be so mucheasier without the social anxiety and (maybe) autism.
why ygo is the best anime-world to live in:
- bad things don't happen unless you hang around the protag
- can solve anything with a duel - like duel the president to make UBI a thing (or w/e) and when
you win they have to do it becuz duelist's pride
- less war because you can solve any conflict with a duel
been a while, but i haven't abandoned the site! just had quite the busy two months. was setting up a fourthwall and redbubble and surprised that someone bought an old design some years ago? not like i promoted it at all, and the old designs were pretty bad
i decided to redraw this one just to see if i've gotten better since. old one was from ~7 years ago?
i want to thank that person for wanting to buy my crappy art as a sticker. they may never see this, but i really appreciate it!
the new version will be up on redbubble! and the old as an alt version, but with the new version's more professional font (ie: not my handwriting)

working on other projects and trying to learn web dev. have a lot more on my plate than i realized but at least i'm getting stuff done.
finished In Stars and Time last week and what an amazing story! may write another post on my thoughts but this is one of the few games I replayed just to get all the achievements cuz i wasn't ready to let go yet ðŸ˜
site update with a proper homepage now! it's not that good, since i made it from scratch. may not look great on mobile or small screens, even though i did add responsiveness.

worked on this WIP animation for the site yesterday. still have to add shading and apparently change the background color since CSP doesn't let you export GIFs with transparency unless on versions above 2.1
I am on ver 2.0.6 :P maybe I'll swap to a different program for animation; not paying to upgrade just for one feature.
also never posted the art I made for mom for her birthday. may post to bsky at some point if i remember. i was working on the new logo so I could have a nicer signature for my work
I know I had initially wanted to theme the whole website on my dreams and ocs, but I really like the ideas i got using with sabres. It feels more home-y and more like me. Even the 404 error page lol. Gotta make a dark mode with the ink version.

includes an art page that doesn't link to carrd and a homepage; so this page will be listed as a blog instead
i plan on putting more than just finished pieces on the art page, and filtering by sketches, wips, etc
also thinking of a section to talk about my daydreams ... i've never told anyone about them and never really planned to share with others but i initially thought of theming this site around that world
but i never got around to doing the art. too busy + executive dysfunction + too intimidated.
this is just a space for me to yell into the abyss and not worry about people seeing it or responding :P

I changed the watermark and signature the other day and i like how the new one isn't as busy. i still feel attached to the old version tho, but there's space to sit sabres in the new version or position them somewhere else
